2018 - "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" Workshop Series

As a "perk" of membership, we are offering a variety of educational opportunities for your business and/or profession throughout the year.   It is our hope that these "Chamber Perk" sessions will help you to grow your business, improve cohesiveness within your teams and ultimately position you and your team for much success in 2018!   There will also be ample time to network and meet other like-minded individuals in our community!  

The "Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni, outlines the root causes of politics and dysfunction on the teams where you work, and the key to overcome them.  Counter to conventional wisdom, the causes of dysfunction are both identifiable and curable. 

Please join us on Wednesday, February 14  for the first session of the 4-session workshop which will provide an in-depth look at dysfunctions within teams and how to best overcome those challenges.  "5 Dysfunctions of a Team" is a book that has been a practical tool in getting teams aligned, breaking down the "silos" within companies/organizations and getting the teams within your organization to move in the same direction.    This workshop will be led by Phillip McClure.  Many may be familiar with Phillip as a class facilitator in our Leadership Fort Smith program which is in its 30th year.  Phillip is a dynamic facilitator and has worked with a number of companies and organizations in our region.
