First Friday Friends: Poetry Celebration!

Expand your circle of friends at the Fort Smith Public Library at this monthly program featuring fun activities and social time for adults. This month we will celebrate National Poetry month with writer and poet Richard Cress. Richard is the author of Ozark Urchins, and is a talented and entertaining poet as well. After listening to some of Richard’s delightful prose, attendees will have the opportunity to read one of their own poems, or share a verse from a favorite poet. Coffee and light refreshments will be available. Bring a friend, or come and meet some new ones! This library program is intended for adults.
