Hunter Education Course

Date: Monday, October 2, 2017 to Tuesday, October 3, 2017

The course teaches fundamentals of safe and responsible hunting, is free and open to all ages. Anyone born on or after Jan. 1, 1969, must complete a hunte education course and carry a valid hunter education card to hunt in Arkansas. This is an instructor led class with hands on demonstrations. This class will end with a test to pass the course. Registration is required. Tinkering Tuesday

Tinkering Tuesday program encourages girls to do what they do best - let their curiosity take over!
 
Daisy, Brownie and Junior Girl Scouts, come explore the world of engineering by building machines and creating processes, and then explore what happens when you make changes or do things differently.
 
Programming takes place every first Tuesday of the month.

Classic Film Festival: Brewster’s Millions (NR)

A Classic Film Festival will be held on Tuesday evenings during the month of October at the Miller Branch Library.
 
The five film series will showcase a different genre this week.
 
Join us for comedy this week with Brewster’s Millions. In this classic film from 1945, an ex-soldier must spend $1,000,000 in two months’ time in order to inherit $7,000,000.
 
Light refreshments will be served at this free library event.
