A key part of the Fort Smith region’s economic development strategy is focused on manufacturing, healthcare and information technology, industries which represents a significant number of jobs and GDP in this region.  To support the expansion of current businesses, as well as attract new businesses, the infrastructure we offer must include a continuous pipeline of new talent skilled in innovative and progressive processes. Through a collaborative effort from key stakeholders around the community, developing this pipeline will truly differentiate our region and our state and position us for long-term growth and success.
